What data I handle

The details from the contact form: name, company, email, phone, chosen topics and message. I also handle the email conversation that follows.

Why

I use the data to reply to your message and to prepare a possible agreement. The legal basis is legitimate interest and steps before a contract (EU General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

How long

I keep the data for at most 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer. Customer records are kept as required by the Finnish Accounting Act.

Who handles the data

The data is handled by Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting for the site and the form, and email delivery) and my email service provider.

Cloudflare may transfer data outside the EU. These transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Analytics and cookies

The site does not use cookies. Visitor numbers are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without tracking individual visitors.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict the processing, to object to it, and to receive the data you gave me in a machine-readable format (data portability). Send your request to contact@purelabs.fi.

You can complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi/en).
